**Ideal candidate will have prior recruiter or onsite manager experience**

Accredited, growing and customized recruitment leader staffing company is seeking to fill an immediate opening for a high energy, sharp, detail oriented and personable individual with a can-do attitude. This position will provide services to key accounts. It will handle the direct supervision of all employment related aspects of the contingent workforce assigned to client’s facilities.

• Ideal candidate will be bilingual/Spanish in order to effectively communicate with entire team
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office Applications to include but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express and Internet Explorer (required).
• Great communication skills oral/written along with leadership qualities.
• Must be proficient in keeping record of the recruited candidates and maintaining the administrative duties.
• Must possess good customer service and assertiveness skills
• Previous supervisory experience a must and great follow up skills.
• Excellent written/Oral communication and computers skills required.
• Must be Able to work flexible hours and meet deadlines
• Must be Able to drive to different clients locations
• Experience in Account Management.
• Previous Human Resources knowledge highly desired
• Prior Warehouse/Distribution or Manufacturing experience.

• Responsible for providing services to key accounts.
• Responsible for new hire orientations, and handling employee training.
• Reviews and evaluate employment applications.
• Screen, interview and select job applicants.
• Keeps records of applicants not selected for employment and the reasons for non-selection.
• Perform reference and background checks on all applicants to ensure compliance with client criteria.
• Solving Payroll issues on a timely basis.
• Overseeing the development of the account, and the fulfillment of orders for assigned client.
• The overall administration and proper communication with client of required reporting to include:
• Worker Compensation procedures, Corrective Actions, Performance Evaluations, Attendance (Tardy, Absent, Vacation, Personal Time, Holiday) Reports.

• $35,000 to $45,000 / Depending on experience
