Inbound/Outbound Call Center Representative
JOB SUMMARY:
Local call center looking for experienced inbound and outbound call center representatives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1-2 years of call center experience
• High School diploma
• Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, and Word).
• Attention to detail
• Self starter
• Fact gathering skills from all parties
• Ability to effectively communicate, through a variety of methods.
• Ability to collect, record, evaluate and analyze data using a computer system.
• Ability to deal with the public in a tactful, courteous, and effective manner.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Client relations management (CRM) Zoho system experience a plus.
• Inbound calls
• Outbound calls
• Answer inbound calls within the call center dealing with many diverse issues involving clients and non-clients
• Engage with callers regarding potential services
• Enter data on new clients by creating a new file and populate required fields
• Schedule an appointment for a new client to meet with a field sales rep
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information

SCHEDULE AND PAY:
• Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm
• Saturdays 8am to 1:00pm
• $12.50
