Customer Service / Quality Assurance Help Desk
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service/Quality Assurance Help Desk. This position is an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department at Resource Employment Solutions. The Customer Service/Quality Assurance Help Desk responsibilities include but not limited to, assisting employees with payroll issues, identifying problems, and presenting solutions. To be successful as a Customer Service/Quality Assurance Help Desk Associate you should be incredibly thorough and able to help our company maintain the highest quality standards.


REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate Degree preferred
• Must have excellent communication and follow-up skills as well as proper business etiquette
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Must be computer literate
• Accounting principles knowledge.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently under strict deadlines with little supervision.
• Staffing Experience Preferred.
• Good phone and problem-solving skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Connects with our employees and clients by asking open-ended questions to assess needs to make appropriate recommendations and resolutions
• Ensuring that standards are observed
• Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors
• Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports
• Making recommendations for improvement
• Take a proactive role in maintaining Resources standards in customer services
• Ability to handle frequent interruptions.
• Other duties as assigned.

SCHEDULE AND PAY:
• $13.00 / hr depending on experience
• Monday to Friday
