On-Site Recruiter
POSITION SUMMARY:
National Staffing Agency is seeking an On-Site Recruiter to Perform activities in the Human Resource area, includes screenings, recruit, interview, and place workers, manage the office front lobby, handle incoming calls, greets office visitors and/or applicants to determines nature of visit.

Location: Abilene, TX.

The ability to multitask, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.


REQUIREMENTS:
*Minimum 2 years experience as Recruiter required*

**Must posses a minimum 2 years verifiable staffing /HR experience**
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications, specially Excel and others to include but not limited to: Outlook Express, Internet Explorer, etc.
• Must possess good customer service skills.
• Must display a professional approach to communication and teamwork.
• Possess a general clerical aptitude and basic knowledge of record keeping.
• Good written/Oral communication and computers skills required.
• Must possess extraordinary organizational skills. Must have great follow up skills
• Have a working knowledge of basic accounting concepts, payroll, and related systems.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented with an excellent analytical ability.
• Must be Able to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.
• Time management and must have great follow up skills. Previous Human Resources or Recruiting knowledge highly desired
• Able to keep confidentiality; able to work well without constant supervision.




RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECEPTIONIST/ RECRUITER:
• Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
• Assist in training staff members and new hires
• Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
• Generate emails and reports when appropriate
• Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers
Responsible for new hire orientations, and handling employee training.
• Reviews and evaluate employment applications.
• Screen, interview and select job applicants.
• Keeps records of applicants not selected for employment and the reasons for non-selection.
• Solving Payroll issues on a timely basis. Track and maintain performance and attendance
• Maintain constant communication with employees; ability to work in Non-Temperature control warehouse if needed.
• Respond to questions and requests for information
• Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
Others responsibilities as needed.

*Must be available to be On-call. Occasional PM hours may be required.
