-Ensuring the final product is to the product specification based on blueprint and job order, accurately confirming the dimensions and tolerances. Operates machine in accordance to blueprint specifications following the tooling instructions as well as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut, and determines sequence of operations.
-Sets the controls to synchronize machine actions for various operations on the product in the specified sequence.
-Conduct initial startup on the machine when necessary to produce sample product, and then measure the part for conformance within specifications.
-Adjusts settings of dies on the controls, ensuring that the product meets specifications and quality standards.
-Regular lift and move raw materials to the production line and then completed products from the production line to the holding area.

-High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
-Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
-Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to extreme cold; extreme heat and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

1st-6:30 am -3:00 pm
2nd-5:00 pm-1:30 am
3rd-10:00 pm- 7:00 am

Rate of Pay $13.00. ($1.00 Additional for 2nd and 3rd shift)
