Onsite Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY:

This position requires a high energy, sharp, detail oriented and personable individual with a can do attitude. This position will provide services to key accounts. It will handle the direct supervision of all employment related aspects of the contingent workforce assigned to client’s facilities. Bilingual is strongly preferred to be able to communicate critical standard safety information with Spanish speaking personnel and help translating during meetings and training. *Paid vacation, holidays, medical discount upon meeting the criteria for these benefits*

POSITION REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT and Word).
• Strong Customer Service and Client Relations.
• Great communication skills oral/written along with leadership qualities.
• Must possess good customer service and assertiveness skills.
• Previous supervisory experience a must and great follow up skills.
• Must be Able to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.
• Previous Human Resources knowledge highly desired.
• Bilingual English / Spanish) in order to carry out translating functions and assist Spanish speaking employees
• Previous staffing experience preferred.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff, according to company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed.
• Assist the Regional Operations Manager in developing branch and organizational objectives, and formulating policies and budgets.
• Responsible of internal employee supervision and evaluation.
• Address costumer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
• Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each team member.
• Communicate effectively with other branches and senior managers.
• Manage the branch, follow high ethical standards, and comply with all government regulations.
• Utilize Resource’s training methods, website, tools, safety manuals, etc. to perform daily duties related to training and development of new and existing managers.
• Routinely visits with plant management to check on employee’s performance and training needs.
• Update Resource system of all corrective actions situations and attendance.
• Perform other duties as requested.

WORKING SCHEDULE:
The schedule for this position will typically be Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. However, must be willing to work outside normal hours in order to meet deadlines and goals and some evening work may be needed.
