Customer Service Representative
CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE SUMMARY:
Industry leading distribution company is seeking a customer service representative.


CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have experience in customer service
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have computer skills
• Must have conflict resolutions skills.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have excellent phone skills
• Must be able to multi-task


CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSISBILITIES:
• Inbound/outbound phone calls
• Run routes for selection team
• Process customer credits
• Modify customer orders
• Reach out to customers for missing orders, out of stocks
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE PAY RATE AND SCHEDULE:
• $14.00 / hour
• Sunday 7am to 3:30pm
Monday thru Thursday 8am to 5pm.
