Floor Lead
POSITION SUMMARY:
Manufacturing facility in Mira Loma, California is seeking a Floor Lead to meet safety, productivity, operations, quality continuous improvement, lean initiatives and team effectiveness. Position provides training and equipment and process support to employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR FLOOR LEAD:
• Perform a series of tasks well under pressure, and manage a small group of employees at times.
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent certification.
• Demonstrates effective listening skills and is approachable to team members and others.
• Lift Experience – Preferably 1- 2 years.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FLOOR LEAD:
• Manage all incoming and outgoing freight.
• Complete cycle counts as assigned and communicates results.
• Uphold the warehouse standards by maintaining items in their designated areas, including, but not limited to trash, pallets, forklift trucks, pallet jacks, boxes and finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Warehouse work areas.
• Communicate with vendors, drivers, suppliers and/or contractors with attention to their safety, building security and customer service.
• Replenish point of use shelves (POUS) as assigned.
• Complete rework of finished goods pallets, as needed.
• Must be able to use a scanner and computer.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to work in-doors.
• Must be able to work extended shifts in order to accomplish goals.
• Manufacturing /production experience is required.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic Math.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations.
• Must have forklift experience.
• Ability to pass forklift training test.
• Ability to work on feet for prolonged periods of time in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to follow instruction.
• Must be able to Work, weekends, as well as over time when required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.

WORKING SCHEDULE & PAY RANGE:
• Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM
• Monday to Friday
• Pay rate: $16.00
