SUMMARY OF SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER:
A national ceramics company is offering career opportunities to a Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for all marketing and promotions in the West Coast.


REQUIREMENTS OF THE SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or a related field.
• Two (2) years of experience performing business development and implementation of distribution network.
• Ability to travel when needed
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast-pace environment


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER:
• Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy for the whole western market of the company’s business development through both distribution and retail.
• Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing policies.
• Manage marketing and promotion efforts to local Architecture & Design community,
• In depth training of the local sales force on the values, the philosophy and the unique technology capacity of Stonepeak company and the Italian parent-company Iris Ceramica (Graniti Fiandre).
• Pursue potential national accounts by engaging in promotional activities to raise awareness and knowledge of StonePeak products and applications
• Evaluate the financial aspects sales and marketing expenditures, market research and profit-loss projections.
• Develop western market regional pricing strategies.
• Direct sales, marketing, and customer service activities in western market region.
• Communicate with both American and Italian R&D department for successfully developing new products suitable for the American market.


PAY RATE OF THE SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER:
• $50-$70k / year, depending on experience
