Onsite Manager
Must be bilingual so as to effectively communicate with workforce.
**Two (2) years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required**
PAY RATE WILL BE DISCUSSED, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

JOB SUMMARY:
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for providing direction and guidance to our Seasonal Team Members and working collaboratively with Operations Managers, Office of Human Resources, Leads, Security Personnel and other Floor Supervisors.


JOB REQUIREMENTS OF ON-SITE SUPERVISOR:
• Associate Degree preferred
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Strong communication, critical thinking, decision-making, leadership and conflict management skills
• Must be able to work quickly and independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Must have a working knowledge of a PC
• Able to serve as a collaborative part of a team


RESPONSIBILITIES OF ON-SITE SUPERVISOR:
• Provide guidance and direction to Production Team Members
• Assist in achieving production goals through consistent training and coaching
• Clearly and regularly communicate and reiterate role expectations
• Discipline Team Members and manage conflict
• Monitor and enforce safety requirements and immediately report and document any injuries/illnesses that take place
• Ensure all Team Members maintain a clean work environment
• Check-in Team Members, monitor and report attendance and monitor and enforce work start, break and stop times
• Assist new Team Members with self-registration and time clock usage
• Monitor and enforce policies including dress code, cell phone prohibition, etc.
• Keep Team Members apprised of changes in schedules, procedures, etc.
• Ensure Agency provides appropriate shirts, ID cards, lanyards, etc.
• Attend and participate in meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Must have a working knowledge of a PC
• Able to serve as a collaborative part of a team
