Staffing Recruiter
Bilingual-Spanish is a MUST in order to effectively communicate with recruits.
Min 2 years experience required in warehouse staffing and management experience.


Resource Employment Solutions is offering career opportunities to an experienced Staffing Recruiter. The ideal candidate must have a MINIMUM of 1-2 years of recruiting experience.


JOB REQUIREMENTS OF STAFFING RECRUITER:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Bilingual is a must
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in warehouse environment.
• Minimum High School/GED -- Some College education preferred.
• Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT and Word)
• Strong Customer Service and Client Relations
• Great communication skills oral/written along with leadership qualities.
• Must possess good customer service and assertiveness skills
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Must be Able to work flexible hours and meet deadlines
• Must be Able to Drive to different client’s locations


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF STAFFING RECRUITER:
• This position will provide services to key accounts in Abilene, IL. will handle the direct supervision of all employment related aspects of the contingent workforce assigned to a specific client.
• Responsible for the direct supervision of Trainers and/or Team Leads within an assigned location.
• Attend meetings with client and Corporate as required.
• Administration/Training of Personnel.
• Handle paycheck distribution as requested.
• Will provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates to management team for assigned location.
• Responsible to be a first responder at location for: (emergencies, clocking candidates, etc.)
• Responsible for the proper manning of location shifts, and assigning workloads or sending home extra personnel as needed.
• Handling all corrective actions for assigned personnel under Resource Manager’s supervision and approval.
• Keep accurate timekeeping record.
• Log Attendance, Terminations and Resignation on RES and/or Client’s system.
• Communicate any changes in the client orders to ensure staffing needs are always met.
• Help with processes and idea implementations within assigned work groups.
• Complete, Assist and Communicate Worker’s Compensation Procedures for Injuries/Illness in the workplace.
• Administrative paperwork/reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
