Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Develop and implement behavior programming (skill acquisition and replacement behavior skills) while ensuring linkage with support plan goals.
Provide and coordinate behavior analysis services that enable the clients served to achieve their goals and increase their independence.
Responsible for the overall quality of behavior services for all individuals in the program.
Promote programs to enhance and increase client's' independence.
Provide competency-based training and re-training to staff, teachers, family members, and others as necessary on the implementation of behavior programming including current treatment plan and required data collection.
Attend, participate, and facilitate, (as requested) meetings, required trainings, case reviews, staff meetings, and other meetings.
Self-monitor training records to ensure that all required certifications/validations are current.
Follow, model, and be able to train others in all Klein Behavior Analysis Inc., and programmatic policies and procedures.
All other duties and projects as assigned or requested by the supervisor.


Master's Degree or higher in behavior analysis or associated field, and be nationally certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Bachelors Degree or higher and be nationally certified as Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Acceptance of philosophy and goals of the Organization.
Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
Reliable transportation.
