Quality Assurance Manager
We are searching for a strong Quality Assurance Manager who will manage Quality Assurance Departments, quality programs and responsibilities of ensuring that all products and processes meet the customers’ requirements and compliances to the quality policy and procedures of our ISO-9001 and ISO-13485. This position requires strong leadership to lead the team to achieve quality goals and continuous improvements within the organization. You are also a quality representative to interface with suppliers and customers for any quality matters.

• A Professional's to seven years quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electronic PCB or electro mechanical assembly
• Knowledge in IPC and J-Standard
• Strong working knowledge of the Quality System Regulation and ISO 9001. 13485 standards is plus.
This position requires excellent computer skills, communication skills, analytical and technical writing skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects a must.

• Manages the quality assurance departments toward the achievement of quality goals. Establish and maintain the compliance to ISO-9001 and ISO-13485 standard and ensure the inspection standards to meet to IPC and J-Standard for customer’s requirements. The Quality Assurance Departments include Process Engineering, Incoming inspection, AOI inspection and FQA inspection.
• Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by generating metrics analysis to the related departments for continuous improvement. Finding root causes and issue internal corrections if needed.
• Validation for new products: quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
• Maintains Quality Manual up-to-date and accurate by reviewing system and meet the regulations of the industries.
• Responsible for preparing quality documentation and reports of all corrective actions for suppliers, customers and internal. Effective root cause investigation, and as required corrective or preventive action implementation.
• Responsible to lead the internal auditors to conduct the internal audits for all functions and operations to meet the procedures.
• Develops the Quality Assurance group assuring training and education requirements are met to service the business.

Schedule and Pay Rate:
Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: 90,000
